Production - Automatic molding line

Our automatic molding line is currently mainly used to casting grey iron and ductile iron with weights from 1 kg – 35 kg.

The automatic moulding line can produce 135 sand boxes per hour, this completly removes the heavy time and cost consuming production of sand boxes which the molten metal is poured into for cooling into desired customer part.

Additionally, the output of parts have a lower variance, better stability robustness, resulting a higher quality. Ideal for higher volume parts with high quality demands at low cost.
